Role Description The Oral Surgeon role at an Oakpoint-affiliated practice in Asheville NC is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering comprehensive surgical care to patients. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures such as extractions, bone grafts, and dental implant placement, as well as managing pre-operative consultations and post-operative follow-up. The Oral Surgeon will evaluate patient medical histories, develop treatment plans, and administer local anesthesia, sedation, or general anesthesia as appropriate, following all safety and regulatory standards. The role involves collaborating closely with general dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure clear communication of treatment options and expectations. Qualifications
