The University of Pennsylvania invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor in the Clinician Educator Track to serve as the Nurse Practitioner within the Personalized Care Suite (PCare). This role focuses on advanced clinical care, education, and collaboration across Penn Medicine to advance integrated medical-dental care.

The successful candidate will contribute to scholarship and program development, supporting clinical excellence and community engagement across Penn Dental

Qualifications

• DNP from an accredited program.
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or AGPCNP.
• Current Pennsylvania RN and NP licenses or eligibility.
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience caring for medically complex adult patients.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working within interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and improving access to care for underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical care within PCare.
• Educate predoctoral and postgraduate learners.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across Penn Medicine.
• Contribute to scholarship and program development.
• Support Penn Dental Medicine's missions of clinical excellence, education, research, and community engagement.
• Work with Penn Medicine and affiliated health systems to develop innovative patient-centered care models.
