The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a highly qualified full-time Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon for the Cincinnati - OH VA Medical Center. This role involves providing quality patient care and performing a variety of surgical procedures in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in all aspects of Oral Maxillofacial surgery, hold a full and unrestricted license to practice, and be a graduate of an accredited dental school. This position offers daytime hours with the possibility of 24/7 responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full and unrestricted license to practice in any state.
• Experience in performing complex exodontia and bone grafting.
• Graduates of ADA accredited dental school required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Perform surgical procedures for facial trauma and pathological conditions.
• Administer local anesthesia and manage patient care.

Skills

Proficiency in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery

Experience in General Dentistry Procedures

Ability to Administer Local Anesthesia

Knowledge of Health and Safety Standards

Education

Graduation from ADA accredited dental school

Graduation from an accredited residency program
