HighFive Healthcare invites board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons to join a well-established practice serving Florence, Sheffield, and the Shoals. You’ll work across implant dentistry, trauma, and corrective jaw procedures with advanced imaging support in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Certificate from ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program
• Eligible for Alabama dental licensure
• Experienced surgeons and residents nearing completion are welcome

Responsibilities

• Full-scope surgical care across implants, wisdom teeth, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma, TMJ
• Provide IV sedation, general anesthesia, and nitrous oxide with trained assistants and nurses
• Mentorship and peer support as part of a close-knit practice
• Path to partnership and equity within a majority doctor-owned organization
