Job summary

HighFive Dental, LLC in Ashland, Kentucky is seeking a skilled Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a well-established tri-state practice offering a broad surgical mix and an equity-driven path to partnership.

The role includes performing wisdom teeth removals, implants, bone grafting, corrective jaw procedures, and facial reconstruction with a capable surgical team and state-of-the-art imaging and anesthesia support.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD must be from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program.

Responsibilities

• Perform broad OMFS procedures: wisdom teeth, implants, bone grafting, extractions, jaw surgery, pathology, facial reconstruction.
• Provide office-based IV sedation and general anesthesia with surgical team support.
• Mentorship and collaboration with peers; contribute to patient education and referrals.

Education

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school

OMFS residency/ ADA-accredited program
