Job summary

The American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons seeks a motivated Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a well-established practice serving the central Pennsylvania community across four locations: Camp Hill, Harrisburg, Carlisle and Lancaster.

This full‑time, office‑based role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with benefits, no hospital calls, on‑staff CRNAs for GA/IV sedation, credentialing support, and a guaranteed $500,000 base salary plus sign‑on and incentives with comprehensive

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• Completed residency in oral & maxillofacial surgery.
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Active PA State Dental License or eligible to obtain.
• Active DEA License.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures: dental extractions, implants, bone grafting, orthognathic surgery, and pathology management.
• Collaborate with referring doctors to ensure optimal patient care.
• Administer anesthesia including local anesthesia and IV sedation.
• Educate patients on post-operative care, risks, and outcomes.
• Participate in continuing education and stay current with advancements in the specialty.
• Contribute to the practice's reputation for clinical excellence and compassionate care.
