Job summary

Lehigh Valley Oral Surgery & Implant Center in Pennsylvania seeks an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a multi-doctor practice serving Bethlehem, Stroudsburg and surrounding communities. The ideal candidate values clinical autonomy and advanced implant dentistry, with access to CBCT imaging and computer-guided surgical technology.

We offer mentorship, licensure/credentialing support, and visa sponsorship as needed, with opportunities to work across two established locations and build

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program.
• Eligibility for dental licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Strong clinical judgment and surgical skills.
• Experience with dentoalveolar surgery, implant placement, bone grafting, and anesthesia.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in developing lasting relationships with referring doctors.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Treat a diverse mix of dentoalveolar, implant, full-arch, grafting, pathology, and emergency cases.
• Provide high-quality surgical care with CBCT-guided planning.
• Collaborate with referring doctors and maintain professional relationships.
• Mentorship and continued professional development support.
