Job Specifics

  • New position within Dental Residency Program- able to interact with dental, surgery and ED residents
  • This is both a clinical and educational position

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Doctorate (DMD, DDS, MD or equivalent)
  • Licenses/Certifications: Physician licensed or eligible for licensure to practice dental surgery/dentistry/medicine in the State of Illinois.
  • Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois to prescribe.
  • Board certified or board eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
  • Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
  • Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
  • Shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served
