Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Full-Time or Part-Time (Sign-On Bonus)

Compensation & Benefits

Full-Time:

• Guaranteed Salary: $600,000 pay draw + 35% of collections (earnings between $800,000 - $2,000,000/year).
• Benefits: Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, $50,000 sign-on bonus, life/AD&D, short- and long-term disability, continuing education support, 401k with a 4% match, relocation assistance, liability insurance with tail coverage, 6 paid holidays, and more.

Part-Time:

• Daily Compensation: $7,000 pay draw + 35% of collections (average daily earnings between $2,000 - $5,000).
• Benefits: Liability insurance with tail coverage, travel reimbursements, $25,000 sign-on bonus, and continuing education support.
