Job Opportunity: Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Surgeon-owned and led practice is seeking a BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
2. Perform surgical procedures including extraction of impacted or damaged teeth, placement of dental implants, and removal of tumors and abnormal growths of the oral and facial regions.
3. Utilize a patient-centric approach.
4. Operate with a referral doctor-centric mindset.
5. Understand the importance of a referral base and strategies to expand and grow it.
6. Utilize a digital workflow or demonstrate willingness to learn.
7. Understand full arch protocols or be willing to learn.
8. Be implant-oriented with a desire to perform procedures at the highest level.
