Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Oracle WMS Cloud Lead to design, configure, and deliver warehouse management solutions using Oracle Cloud WMS. You will lead functional design, run client workshops, and guide project teams from requirements to go-live.

You will oversee data migration, CRPs, UAT, and solution validation while coordinating with offshore teams and client SMEs to ensure best practices across logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Oracle WMS, with minimum 3 years on Oracle Cloud WMS (WMS Cloud / Oracle Logistics Cloud).
• Minimum 5 years configuring receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, inventory controls, and task management.
• Minimum 5 years leading Oracle WMS Cloud implementations or rollouts.
• Minimum 4 years leading CRPs, design workshops, and cross-functional discussions with business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent (or 12 years of work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions, solution design, and configuration for Oracle Cloud WMS.
• Design inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and cross-dock workflows.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle WMS functional specs and integration designs.
• Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), UAT, and solution validation activities.
• Oversee data migration, testing cycles, and cutover planning for warehouse operations.
• Provide guidance to offshore teams, junior consultants, and client SMEs.
• Create project documents including BRDs, functional designs, SOPs, and training material.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (OTM, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Integration).
• Ensure Oracle Cloud WMS best practices across all functional areas.
• Support post go-live hypercare, optimization, and continuous improvement.
