This role focuses on providing technical support for Oracle WebCenter Content and Oracle WebCenter Forms Recognition and Capture 12c. The successful candidate will collaborate with a large Oracle support team to develop and support content management applications, ensuring that business and technical requirements are met. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Oracle technologies and influence content management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical development and support for existing Oracle WebCenter Content 12c applications, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Collaborate with customers to ascertain system specifications and technical requirements, creating detailed specification documents.
• Complete all required Change Management tasks and relevant Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control requirements as applicable.
• Utilize project management principles and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery throughout the project life cycle.
• Track deliverables and provide reporting to management as needed, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience with configurations and customizations to Oracle WebCenter Content 12c (Formally Stellent/UCM) including RIDC.
• 2-3 years of experience with WebCenter Forms Recognition and Capture 12c.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Content Management processes, including taxonomies, records management, metadata, workflows, search, and security.
• Experience with migrating content from legacy data repositories to Oracle WebCenter Content.
• Experience in SQL and a good understanding of Oracle database.
