Job summary

Landrum Workforce Solutions is seeking an Oracle Warehouse/Manufacturing Support at our Pensacola site. This role serves as the primary ERP expert, handling day-to-day system support, training, and process improvement to keep Oracle transactions accurate and standardized.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Familiarity with barcode scanners, RF devices, and mobile Oracle transactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Oracle ERP SME for the contractor site.
• Support daily Oracle transactions including inventory management, receiving, shipping, work orders, material movements, cycle counting, and inventory transactions.
• Troubleshoot Oracle transaction issues and collaborate with customer resources for system support.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching on Oracle processes and best practices.
• Develop and maintain Oracle work instructions, process documentation, and training materials.
• Monitor transaction accuracy and identify opportunities for data integrity improvements.
• Perform routine audits of Oracle transactions.
• Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements for increased efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
• Create reports and analyze Oracle data to support operational decision-making.
• Provide floor support during warehouse or production operations to resolve system issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean principles and root cause analysis.

Job description

The Oracle Warehouse/Manufacturing Support serves as the primary functional expert for Oracle ERP within the contractor’s material handling operation onsite in Pensacola, Florida. This role provides day-to-day system support, user training, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement. Acting as the liaison between Operations and customer stakeholders, the Business Analyst ensures Oracle transactions are accurate, standardized, and aligned with business requirements. The ideal candidate has at least two years of Oracle ERP experience, a thorough understanding of warehouse or manufacturing operations, and a proven ability to streamline workflows and implement proactive solutions that enhance operational performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the contractor site's Oracle ERP subject matter expert (SME).
• Support daily Oracle transactions including inventory management, receiving, shipping, work orders, material movements, cycle counting, and inventory transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Oracle ERP experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience supporting end users and providing system training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or industrial operations.
• Familiarity with barcode scanners, RF devices, and mobile Oracle transactions.
• Experience creating standard work documentation and conducting user training.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $30 - $40 per hour
• Schedule: Onsite Monday through Thursday, four 10-hour shifts; overtime and schedule flexibility required
