DTI (Diversified Technology, Inc.), a Chicago-based IT consulting firm, seeks an Oracle WACS Work & Asset Management Solution Lead to support CPS Energy's enterprise transformation in San Antonio. The role requires deep Oracle WACS expertise and strong delivery leadership across multiple utility domains.

The incumbent will guide design, configuration, testing, and deployment in a hybrid Agile environment, coordinating cross-functional teams and offshore resources to achieve seamless integration

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Work Management solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle WACS implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading design, configuration, build, testing, and deployment phases.
• Strong utility industry experience across Electric Distribution, Transmission, Substation Operations, Power Generation, Gas Operations, Fleet Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of Oracle WACS Work & Asset Management solutions across utility operations.
• Drive architecture and functional design for asset lifecycle and work management.
• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment activities in a hybrid Agile environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and offshore resources to ensure end-to-end delivery.
