Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities - Oracle Customer Care & Billing Application Consultant to join our Advanced Technology Centers. As a Custom Application Architect, you will design scalable, secure architectures and mentor the team while coordinating across multiple groups.

The role requires leading design and implementation of innovative architectures, facilitating workshops, and delivering solutions for rate case and regulatory changes by 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in Oracle Utilities - Oracle Customer Care & Billing (Rates) as application architect/designer/techno-functional consultant
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
• Oracle Utilities - Oracle Customer Care & Billing - any specialty is a bonus

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative application architectures that meet business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders

You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer Care And Billing is required. Advanced proficiency in Software Design & Solutions is recommended.

This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring Locations: Tampa, Orlando, Houston or Atlanta.
