Primary Skills:

1. Install and configure Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing.
2. Perform package deployments in CC&B, C2M.
3. Apply CC&B, C2M Service Packs (SP) and Patches for Utilities Framework and CC&B, C2M.
4. Configure and Administer CC&B, C2M Thread pool worker.
5. Closely monitor the jobs for its performance and successful completion.
6. Provide 24/7 Production support for CC&B, C2M Application and CC&B, C2M database.
7. Perform CC&B, C2M Cloning/Refresh of CC&B, C2M Development/UAT instances from Production for testing purposes.
8. Apply recommended Oracle Patches for CC&B, C2M Application and CC&B, C2M database.
9. Work closely with the data migration team and assist them with data migration.
10. Work closely with Oracle support for critical issues.
11. Possess good knowledge of CC&B, C2M architecture and concepts.
12. Be responsible for installing different versions of Oracle database across various operating systems.
13. Spearhead design, assembly, and implementation of large-scale databases.
14. Configure Staging Schema for Data Migration.
15. Administer and upgrade Weblogic.
16. Communicate with clients daily to ensure their needs and goals are met.
17. Involve in performance tuning, backup recovery, and analyzing database processes.
18. Create users, user-defined roles, and mapping grants as per requirement.
19. Support team with CC&B, C2M troubleshooting.
20. Install and configure Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM).
21. Install BI Publisher to integrate with CC&B, C2M for report generation.
