Qualifications

• 11-15 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud and Oracle TRCS implementations/support.
• Experience with tax provisioning, deferred tax reporting, and ETR calculations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EPM administration, integrations, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for TRCS and related Oracle EPM Cloud apps.
• Perform TRCS administration, configuration, and maintenance activities.
• Support tax provisioning, current/deferred tax calculations, and ETR reporting.
• Manage metadata, hierarchies, security roles, configurations, and business rules.
• Support integrations between TRCS, FCCS, ERP, Data Management/Exchange, and enterprise apps.
• Troubleshoot data loads, calculations, reconciliations, and reporting issues.
• Assist with Smart View, web forms, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Perform data validation and monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting support.
• Assess Oracle monthly updates, run impact analysis, testing, and releases.
• Manage Oracle Support requests and coordinate resolution.
• Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and RCA reports.
• Support enhancements and process optimization initiatives.

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle TRCS and related Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Perform TRCS application administration, configuration, and maintenance activities.
• Support tax provisioning, current/deferred tax calculations, and effective tax rate (ETR) reporting.
• Manage metadata, hierarchies, security roles, application configurations, and business rules.
• Support integrations between TRCS, FCCS, ERP systems, Data Management/Data Exchange, and enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot data loads, calculations, reconciliations, and reporting issues.
• Support Smart View, web forms, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting support.
• Assess Oracle monthly updates, perform impact analysis, testing, and release activities.
• Manage Oracle Support requests and coordinate issue resolution.
• Develop technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and RCA reports.
• Support enhancements and process optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 11-15 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud and Oracle TRCS implementations/support.

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle ARCS, EDMCS, and Narrative Reporting.
• Knowledge of EPM Automate and Lifecycle Management (LCM).
• Oracle TRCS or Oracle EPM Cloud certification preferred.
