Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with administrating PostgreSQL Databases in Linux environments.
• Experience with implementing and maintaining PostgreSQL backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Experience migrating Oracle schema, packages, views, triggers to Postgres using Ora2Pg tool.

Responsibilities

• Drive efforts to migrate from Oracle database to Microsoft Azure Postgres database.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties for technical requirements.
• Ensure database availability and performance.
• Proactively monitor database systems.
