Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Oracle Techno-Functional Specialist to bridge business processes with technical delivery across Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Cloud. You will balance requirements elicitation, design, configuration, and hands-on development to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities include designing functional/technical specs, configuring ERP modules, building APIs and data pipelines, and leading UAT and data migrations during upgrades or cloud modernization.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise balancing functional configuration and technical development across Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Cloud Applications / OCI.
• In-depth functional understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, or Oracle Financials suites.
• Hands-on experience BI Publisher/XML Publisher reports, interfaces, workflows, and SQL/PLSQL.
• Strong API integrations, web services, and Oracle Cloud middleware experience.
• Experience with AIM/OUM deliverables (MD050/MD070) and testing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate into FDDs and TDDs.
• Configure core Oracle ERP modules and develop custom technical solutions.
• Architect and implement REST/SOAP APIs and data pipelines.
• Lead process re-engineering and setup configurations across OC/Financial workstreams.
• Support data governance, master data, and analytics across enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate designs and drive adoption.
• Drive end-to-end data migration, functional validation, and UAT during upgrades.
• Provide Tier-3 production support and long-term issue resolutions.
