Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Oracle Techno-Functional Specialist to bridge business processes and technical execution across EBS and OCI. You will configure ERP modules, develop integrations, and drive data migrations while collaborating with business leaders to ensure scalable, resilient solutions.

As part of Enterprise Core Technology, you’ll deliver end-to-end solutions, guide testing, and enable user adoption in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise balancing functional configuration and technical development across Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Cloud Applications / OCI.
• In-depth functional understanding of core ERP workflows (P2P, O2C, Oracle Financials).
• Hands-on experience with BI Publisher/XML Publisher, interfaces, workflows, and SQL/PLSQL.
• Experience with API integrations, web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proficiency in AIM/OUM deliverables (MD050/MD070) and process mapping.
• Experience leading UAT and end-user training to drive adoption.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum, Git, and DevOps practices for releases.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to explain technical concepts to business partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate into FDDs and TDDs.
• Configure Oracle ERP modules and develop custom technical solutions.
• Architect and implement REST/SOAP APIs and data pipelines connecting Oracle with third parties.
• Lead process re-engineering, gap analyses, and setup configurations across ERP workstreams.
• Support data governance, validation, and analytics across enterprise systems.
• Coordinate with leaders and architects to validate designs and drive adoption.
• Lead data migration, validation, UAT, and integrations during upgrades and cloud migrations.
• Provide troubleshooting and long-term resolution for production issues.
