Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Oracle Techno-Functional Specialist to bridge business processes with technical delivery across Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Cloud. You will elicit requirements, map processes, configure modules, and build secure APIs and data pipelines.

You will lead data migrations, UAT, and transformations, working with agile teams. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years’ Oracle experience are required, with remote-work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years designing and implementing Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud applications.
• Strong experience with P2P, O2C, and Oracle Financials.
• Hands-on experience with BI Publisher/XML Publisher, SQL/PLSQL, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into FDDs and TDDs.
• Configure core Oracle ERP modules and develop custom technical solutions.
• Architect and implement secure REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data pipelines.
• Lead process re-engineering, gap analyses, and setup configurations across core workflows.
• Drive data migration, UAT, and system integrations during upgrades and cloud modernization.
• Collaborate with business leaders and solution architects to validate design decisions.
