Job summary

ConfigUSA in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a senior Oracle ERP/ HCM/ EPM/ FDI architect to own cloud architecture and solution design across ERP, HCM, EPM, and FDI. The role focuses on delivering scalable, secure enterprise solutions aligned with business requirements.

You will define integrations, data flows, and technical designs between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems, drive implementation and configurations, and provide technical leadership through the full project lifecycle including testing

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle ERP/HCM/EPM/FDI architectures.
• Ability to design end-to-end cloud solutions.
• Strong integration and data-flow design skills.
• Leadership across project lifecycle and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud architecture and solution design across ERP, HCM, EPM, and FDI, ensuring scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
• Define and guide integrations, data flows, and technical designs between Oracle Cloud apps, third-party systems, reporting platforms, and enterprise data sources.
• Drive implementation, customization, and configuration oversight for Oracle modules including extensions, workflows, reports, security, and approvals.
• Provide technical leadership across fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, design reviews, governance, testing support, cutover planning, and production stabilization.
• Manage issue resolution, performance optimization, and compliance governance by handling Oracle SRs and patch impacts.

• Drive implementation, customization, and configuration oversight for Oracle ERP, HCM, EPM, and FDI modules, including extensions, workflows, reports, security, approvals, and technical setups.
• Provide technical leadership across project lifecycle including fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, design reviews, development governance, testing support, cutover planning, and production stabilization.
• Own issue resolution, performance optimization, and compliance governance by managing Oracle SRs, troubleshooting integrations and configurations, reviewing quarterly patch impacts, and ensuring adherence to security and enterprise standards\"
