We are seeking an experienced Oracle Talent Management Cloud Functional Lead - Performance/Goals/Learn to join our Global HCM Practice. This senior role provides subject matter expertise, advisory, and implementation support in Talent Management modules including Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Learn Cloud, Goal Management, Performance Management, Career Development, Talent Review, and Succession Planning. Specialization in Oracle Recruiting Cloud or Oracle Learn Cloud, along with Talent Management modules, is required.

Responsibilities include:

Consulting on HCM Cloud engagements related to Performance/Goals/Learn modules
Leading discovery workshops to define business requirements
Conducting gap analysis and recommending solutions
Designing, testing, and deploying business processes within HCM Cloud modules
Configuring systems to meet business needs
Developing testing scenarios and leading testing efforts
Understanding data touchpoints and integrations
Documenting application setups using provided templates

Qualifications:

8+ years of IT consulting experience
5+ years of relevant experience in HCM Performance/Goals/Learn in an Implementation Lead role
Specialization in Oracle Learn Cloud and Talent Management modules
Oracle Talent Management Cloud certification
Functional expertise in implementation and maintenance of solutions
Experience with project planning, development, and delivery
Participation in HCM Center of Excellence initiatives
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM reporting, dashboards, and security
Experience leading multiple modules in complex implementations
Exposure to other Oracle HCM Cloud modules is a plus
Experience working in onsite/offshore models
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and JIRA
