VIVA USA Inc is seeking a Database Administrator to support and modernize AOC databases, including Oracle and SQL Server environments, with Oracle Forms and related reporting tools. You will work on-site within an Agile team to ensure data integrity, performance, and secure operations for court management systems.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in CS and 5+ years of relevant experience, with expertise in RAC, DataGuard, backups, Linux/Windows, and DevOps practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge of database design and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Experience with Oracle RAC, DataGuard, backup/recovery and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows server environments and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a governed, on-site government setting.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, tune and maintain Oracle and SQL Server databases for performance and reliability.
• Develop, modify and optimize database schemas and stored procedures.
• Assist in application development and reporting tooling (Oracle Forms, Reports, Jasper, BI).
• Coordinate releases, ensure security, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide database support to court staff and developers; work in Agile teams.
