Korn Ferry seeks an experienced Oracle Security Consultant to partner with the client on a focused engagement. You will assess, redesign, and optimize Oracle security structures, providing executive-level guidance and clear security recommendations throughout the project.

You will dive into the environment, identify gaps, and implement practical solutions while communicating effectively with leadership and technical teams. This role demands hands-on delivery and strategic advisory capabilities.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Oracle Security Administration and Configuration.
• Experience designing RBAC models in Oracle environments.
• Hands-on with user provisioning, roles, and privileges.
• Strong SoD, audit controls, and governance knowledge.
• Able to communicate with executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess and remediate issues related to Oracle security architecture and access controls.
• Review, redesign, and optimize the organization's user-level security matrix and role-based security framework.
• Evaluate current Oracle security setup, configurations, and governance practices.
• Configure and maintain security roles, responsibilities, privileges, and access controls within Oracle.
• Identify SoD risks, excessive access, and compliance concerns.
• Develop recommendations for security enhancements, governance improvements, and long-term sustainability.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to understand security requirements and operational impacts.
• Document security design decisions, role mappings, and access management processes.
• Provide executive-ready updates, recommendations, and presentations to leadership throughout the engagement.
• Act as the primary Oracle security SME, advising on best practices, risks, and implementation considerations.
