Job summary

Stony Brook University is seeking an Oracle SaaS & Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Administrator to manage SaaS Fusion environments across HCM, ERP, and EPM, and to handle boundary system integrations and certificate lifecycles.

The role requires a degree with ERP experience, Oracle Fusion/OIC expertise, Linux/Windows ERP management, and scripting. The position offers a hybrid work model within SUNY and is a full-time appointment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; seven years combined education/experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Three years of ERP-related full-time experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Administration or OIC, or an Oracle certification.
• Experience with Oracle cloud architecture, cloud integration, or related certification.
• ERP systems management in Linux/Windows environments.
• Experience with software development or scripting.

Responsibilities

• Manage SaaS Fusion environments for HCM, ERP, FDI, EDM, EPM, and OIC.
• Handle boundary system integrations and lifecycle of environments, keys, and certificates.
• Develop automation scripts for file transfer and security tasks.
• Collaborate with DBAs, AppSec, and IT teams to implement solutions.
• Coordinate environment provisioning and FDI/EDM/EPM governance tasks.
• Support security, key, certificate management across Oracle services.
• Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to meet goals.
