Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) Support Engineer to enhance and support various Oracle Retail products. The role requires extensive experience in Oracle technologies, collaboration with teams for problem-solving, and flexibility to work outside standard hours.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience with Oracle Retail Suite.
• Expertise in Oracle Forms, Pro*C, Unix Shell Scripting, PLSQL required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enhancements on existing systems.
• Work with IT and business teams to resolve production issues.
• Perform incident resolution against established SLAs.

• 6+ Years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Suite of Products
• Expertise in Oracle Forms, Pro*C, Unix Shell Scripting, PLSQL
• Deep technical and functional knowledge in the following Oracle Retail Products:
• Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS – Version 13.x and above)
• Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM – Version 13.x and above)
• Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM – Version 13.x and above)
• Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA – Version 13.x and above)
• Exposures to ESB, ETL integration are good to have
  
  
• Ability to design and develop minor to major enhancements on existing systems
• Should work collaboratively with IT and business team members to resolve the production issues
• Ability to perform incident resolution against established SLAs and ensure proper documentation (SOP) of the solution procedure
• This position does require flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, including off business hours, some weekends and holidays.
