Infosys is seeking Techno-Functional Technical Leadto manage Oracle Applications project with a strong focus on Application Management Services (AMS). The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with functional knowledge to lead support, incident resolution, development, support, and enhancement initiatives across Oracle EBS/Fusion modules


Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Relevant Information Technology experience
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, OAF, and XML/BI Publisher.
• Experience with interfaces, conversions, extensions, and customizations (RICEW).
• Functional knowledge of PO, OM, INV, Financial modules.
• Oversee day-to-day support operations for Oracle EBS/Fusion applications.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure SLAs are met for support tickets and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for SRs, patches, and updates.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Ensure Root cause analysis is done for recurring issues and work on implementing suggestions to fix such issues permanently.

The job may entail travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
