Job summary

CTC, headquartered in San Francisco, seeks an experienced Oracle Project Costing Consultant to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations and help optimize project financial management across the organization.

You will collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and business stakeholders to configure, test, train, and deploy Oracle Project Costing, Billing, and Project Management modules while ensuring strong financial controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle ERP consulting experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) experience.
• Strong experience in Oracle Project Costing, Grants Management (preferred), Capital Projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Project Costing.
• Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
• Configure Oracle Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Management modules.
• Define project structures, expenditure types, cost rates, burden schedules, and capitalization rules.
• Configure labor costing, indirect costs, burdening, revenue recognition, and billing processes.
• Develop functional design documents and support technical development activities.
• Execute system testing, UAT, training, and production deployment.
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Work closely with finance and PMO teams to improve project accounting and reporting processes.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Project Costing Consultant with proven end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Project Costing solutions while collaborating with project managers, finance teams, and business stakeholders to deliver successful project financial management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Project Costing.
• Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
• Configure Oracle Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Management modules.
• Define project structures, expenditure types, cost rates, burden schedules, and capitalization rules.
• Configure labor costing, indirect costs, burdening, revenue recognition, and billing processes.
• Integrate Project Costing with:
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Purchasing
• Fixed Assets
• HCM/Time & Labor
• Develop functional design documents and support technical development activities.
• Execute system testing, UAT, training, and production deployment.
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Work closely with finance and PMO teams to improve project accounting and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle ERP consulting experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) experience.
• Strong experience in:

• Proven experience leading at least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
