Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with DoD/Federal Oracle EBS implementation experience.
• Experience in maintenance support of Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials (P2P, B2R, CLM, A2R, O2C).
• Ability to author functional design specs, configuration docs, test plans, and test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Perform as an Oracle EBS P2P functional business analyst for analysis, solutioning, testing and implementation.
• Collaborate with Developers, Functional Analysts and Testers to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
• Provide recommendations for enterprise level applications architecture, upgrades, interfaces and enhancements.
• Support accounting tasks such as vendor obligations, invoice validation and payments on federal forms.
• Identify process improvements and automation ideas to improve the client’s operations.
