Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Five years of related experience with large-scale Oracle ERP support.
• Experience with WebLogic for Oracle EBS R12.2 web tier and Oracle OEM12c.

Responsibilities

• Plan and respond to service outages including backups and restores.
• Monitor system performance and diagnose failures to resolution.
• Provide patch management and distribution to prevent threats.
• Create and test data backups and verify data integrity.
• Perform database configuration, monitoring, and tuning.
• Maintain system health, security, and upgrade schedules.
• Support testing, fielding, and sustainment efforts.

The candidate will support management and maintenance of multiple Oracle RDBMS instances part of an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 shared-service solution. This includes readiness and flexibility to add additional instances based on capacity planning and emerging new government requirements.
