Job summary

Next Generation, Inc., an HR Path company, is seeking an experienced Oracle PPM/Grants Report Writer to support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making within Oracle Fusion PPM and Grants Management environments.

This role designs and maintains operational, financial, and executive reports and dashboards, collaborates with business stakeholders, and ensures data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience developing reports and analytics solutions within Oracle environments.
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and/or Oracle Grants Management.
• Strong experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• Experience developing and maintaining BI Publisher reports.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion data structures, subject areas, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze reporting requirements from business stakeholders, project teams, finance staff, and grants administrators.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts within Oracle Fusion PPM and Grants Management.
• Create and support BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and Oracle Fusion reporting solutions.
• Develop ad hoc, operational, financial, compliance, and executive-level reports.
• Build and maintain reporting documentation, data dictionaries, and technical specifications.
• Validate report accuracy and perform data reconciliation between Oracle Fusion and external systems.
