Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Schaumburg, IL seeks a techno-functional expert to drive Oracle Planning Cloud and Demand Management implementations, including backlog, ASCP, and EBS integrations. You will lead cloud migrations, develop analytical reports, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities include UAT facilitation, workshop participation, and delivering projects within scope while coordinating with business stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Planning Cloud, Demand Management Cloud and Backlog Management modules.
• Techno-functional expertise in ASCP, Order Management, BOM and Oracle Purchasing.
• Experience migrating from Oracle On-Prem to Oracle Planning Cloud and post go-live support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Ability to work with large teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in User Acceptance and Training workshops.
• Analyze and troubleshoot backlog management and planning/demand management cloud issues.
• Configure Oracle planning cloud environment as required.
• Coordinate with technical team for custom reports and migrations from on-prem to cloud.
• Attend meetings, report to the manager and align with business leaders.
• Deliver solutions to clients within timeframes and support daily issues.
• Develop testing scenarios, scripts, and perform functional testing.
• Support CRP and UAT processes and conduct workshop sessions.
• Develop analytical reports and implement small enhancements as needed.
• Drive business design discussions and risk assessment for leadership.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Planning Cloud, Demand planning, Backlog management Integrate with Oracle ERP suite
• Current experience on Oracle SCM Planning Cloud Modules
• Functionally Strong in Oracle Planning cloud, Demand Management Cloud and Backlog Management modules.
• Techno functional expertise in ASCP, Order Management ,Bill of Materials and Oracle Purchasing
• Knowledge in on On prem EBS Supply chain modules
• Good Knowledge of Demantra configurations including Series, worksheet, levels, Engine tuning
• Good Knowledge on Cloud Analytical Reports
• Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues
• Good exposure to Migration projects from Onprem to Cloud, Conversions and post go-live Support
• Good understanding of OIC and SaaS platforms
• Good Project management skills
• Experience in articulating and delivering projects, product orderability and working with large and diverse teams.
• Interaction with business on a daily basis to understand the offer/products to fit into existing system capabilities.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Experience on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in User Acceptance and Training workshops.
• Analyze and Troubleshoot issues related to Backlog Management and Planning/Demand management cloud.
• Perform Configurations in Oracle planning cloud environment as required
• Participate in User Acceptance and Training workshops.
• Coordinating with the technical team for custom reports development and engagements with movement from Oracle On-Prem to Oracle Planning Cloud.
• Coordinating with the team, attending meetings, and reporting to the manager.
• Participate in day-to-day project meetings and share their issues/discussions.
• Delivering solutions to clients within the timeframe
• Supporting business users’ daily issues
• Develop testing scenarios, test scripts, and Functional Testing as required
• Positive attitude to resolve problems and ability to work odd hours to support the business.
• Conduct and Support Conference Room Pilot (CRP), and User Acceptance Test (UAT).
• Developing Analytical Reports
• Working on Small enhancements and customizations as required
• Drive the business design and workshops sessions.
• Able to assess the risks, come up with business cases and solutions and present to leadership teams

Salary Range: $94,000 - $135,000 a year
