Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM lead to drive implementation and optimization across business processes in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as the primary Oracle Cloud SCM subject matter expert, configuring modules, guiding integrations with other systems, and mentoring junior staff.

The role requires strong communication, a track record in Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion Cloud migrations, and the ability to work with clients on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial and project leadership experience for complex systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience with implementing or migrating to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Experience in consulting, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and training.
• Experience collaborating with clients on business process improvements.
• US Citizenship; pass background for a Public Trust position.
• Oracle Cloud SaaS certifications preferred.
• Functional professional with 1+ full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS implementation preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience demonstrating the ability to provide managerial, and administrative direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development and implementation for complex to extremely complex systems in the subject matter area.

• Demonstrated experience in consulting, assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.


• Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


• US Citizen; must pass a full investigation for a Non-Sensitive (Risk Level: Tier 2, Moderate Risk, Public Trust) position.


• Oracle Cloud SaaS certifications preferred


• Functional professional with 1+ full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS implementation preferred
