Job description

The Senior Technical lead in Oracle PL/SQL will be responsible for leading technical teams, designing technical solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of Oracle PL/SQL related projects. The role involves providing technical guidance, implementing best practices, and driving innovation within the Oracle PL/SQL domain.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of oracle pl/sql solutions.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of oracle pl/sql applications.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to oracle pl/sql.
5. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, andensure adherence to best practices.
6. Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in oracle pl/sql and recommend improvements.
7. Drive process improvements and optimizations to enhance the efficiency of oracle pl/sql development projects.

Skill Requirements
