Job summary

A technology consulting firm is seeking a Mid-Senior level Oracle PL/SQL Developer. Responsibilities include documenting knowledge transfer sessions, understanding user needs, and collaborating with developers. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of Oracle PL/SQL experience and strong documentation skills in a Unix/Linux environment. This full-time position is located in Houston, Texas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL Development.
• Strong documentation experience (5+ years).
• 5+ years of experience in Unix/Linux shell script development.
• 5+ years of experience in a data warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Sitting in on knowledge transfer sessions and documenting them.
• Interacting with business users to understand their needs.
• Utilization of Teams/Outlook/O365.
• Collaborating with developer and architect on the team.
• Scripting and job training on Informatica.
• Moving scripts and re-coding them to alleviate vulnerabilities.
• Assisting in database migration from one platform to another.
• Supporting acquisition activities.
