Job summary

SDVS Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled data-focused software engineer to leverage Oracle SQL/PL/SQL for data analysis, modeling, and API design, while tuning performance across data pipelines. You will work with Informatica ETL and AutoSys schedulers, contribute to scalable architectures, and apply ATDD with automated tests in a dynamic agile environment.

Strong experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including data analysis, data modeling, design and implementation of data APIs, and performance tuning.

Expertise in writing and maintaining batch jobs using ETL tools such as Informatica and schedulers such as AutoSys.

Understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable applications.

Experience with Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) and writing automated tests for database code.

Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.

Familiarity with mid-tier technologies such as Java, messaging systems, and web containers, and how they interact with data.

Comfortable working in an agile software delivery environment.

Ability to translate storyboards and use cases into applications, with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud technologies such such as Snowflake and Amazon S3
