We are currently looking for an Oracle PeopleSoft Financial and HCM Application Administrator. The position is based in Milwaukee, WI, but can be performed remotely.

The role involves developing and maintaining the PeopleSoft ERP system, customizing workflows, and ensuring system performance and integration.

• Customize and configure workflows for client/server application integration.
• Implement and test PeopleSoft configurations to meet corporate needs.
• Thorough understanding of PeopleSoft Financials and HCM databases and tables.
• Provide recommendations on SQL tuning, performance, and Golden Gate configurations.
• Experience with Oracle Exadata and ExaLogic platforms.

Must have advanced skills in Oracle RDBMS and PeopleSoft applications, with cross-training support experience.

Skills and Experience:

• At least 3 years creating, reviewing, and tuning SQL scripts.
• Experience with Data Archival and Retrieval Strategies.
• Requirements gathering for Data Warehouse projects.
• Performance tuning for Data Warehouse.
• Backups and recoveries using Symantec NetBackup.
• ETL coding with Informatica.
• Database migration to/from Exadata.
• Oracle/PeopleSoft Cloud administration, implementation, and support.
• Knowledge of Oracle database management, stored procedures, SQL tuning, and performance monitoring.
