Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager, Functional Transformation to lead Oracle Procure to Pay transformation programs from Tempe, AZ. You will oversee requirements, design, testing, and deployment, translating business needs into Oracle Cloud Procurement and Payables solutions.

The role requires senior experience with Oracle Cloud, ERP migrations, and stakeholder management, with travel up to 30% and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years implementing Oracle Cloud Procurement, Oracle Cloud Payables, or Procure to Pay solutions
• 3+ years leading requirements, solution design, test planning, and deployment activities for ERP implementations
• 3+ years of Oracle Cloud Procurement configuration, business process design, and functional testing
• 3+ years of experience supporting data conversion, integration, and cutover activities for Oracle Cloud implementations
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future
• Ability to travel 0-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve
• Preferred: Oracle Cloud certification in Procurement or Payables

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for Oracle Procure to Pay implementations
• Coordinate client stakeholders, delivery teams, and cross-functional workstreams to manage milestones
• Identify, track, and address program risks, issues, and decision points throughout the lifecycle
• Support cutover planning and transition activities to Oracle Cloud
