Job summary

Accenture Federal Services in Arlington, VA seeks an Oracle Procure-to-Pay Configuration Specialist to design, configure, test, and support end-to-end P2P processes within Oracle ERP. You will ensure procurement and AP workflows are compliant and efficient.

You'll write functional specs and test scripts, translate business requirements into configurations, and collaborate with stakeholders in Agile or waterfall delivery environments to optimize the P2P lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP P2P modules (EBS R12 or Fusion Cloud).
• Experience configuring purchasing, AP, supplier management, receiving, and tax rules.
• Understanding end-to-end procurement and AP processes.
• Ability to produce functional specifications, design documents, and test scripts.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support Oracle ERP P2P modules across Purchasing and Accounts Payable.
• Configure purchasing documents, workflows, supplier setups, receiving parameters, payables options, and tax rules.
• Support end-to-end procurement and AP processes, ensuring policy alignment.
• Write functional specs, configuration design docs, and test scripts for P2P functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into configurations.
• Execute testing, validation, and troubleshooting for P2P enhancements.
• Provide production support, analysis, root-cause diagnosis, and resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements across the P2P lifecycle.
