Job summary

Accenture Federal Services in the United States is seeking a Procure-to-Pay Configuration Specialist to design, configure, test, and support Oracle ERP P2P processes across Purchasing and Accounts Payable. You will ensure compliant, efficient operations aligned with policy and business needs.

You will write functional specs and test scripts, collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, and perform testing, validation, and production support while contributing to P2P process

Qualifications

• Must have functional knowledge of Oracle ERP P2P modules (EBS R12 or Fusion Cloud).
• Experience configuring purchasing, AP, supplier management, receiving, and tax rules.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement and accounts payable processes.
• Ability to write functional documentation including specifications, test scripts, and design documents.
• Experience working in Agile or waterfall delivery environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support Oracle ERP P2P across Purchasing and Accounts Payable.
• Configure purchasing documents, workflows, supplier setups, receiving parameters, payables options, and tax rules.
• Support end-to-end procurement and AP processes in line with policy.
• Write functional specs, config docs, and test scripts for P2P.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into configurations.
• Execute testing, validation, and troubleshooting for P2P enhancements.
• Provide production support, including issue analysis and resolution.
• Contribute to process optimization across the P2P lifecycle.
• Work in Agile or waterfall delivery environments.
