Job summary

McCulloh Consulting is seeking an experienced OBIEE Programmer Analyst – Oracle Reporting and Analytics for a full-time, on-site opportunity at our Millsboro, Delaware location.

You will design, develop, and support enterprise reports, dashboards, and analytics in an Oracle environment, working with OTBI, OBIEE, and BI Publisher, while collaborating with Finance, HR, Recruiting, and Operations teams to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of BI/reporting experience.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI, OBIEE, and BI Publisher in enterprise environments.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to optimize complex queries.
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting specifications and scalable analytics.
• Ability to develop, validate, and deploy reports with data accuracy across sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise reports, dashboards, analytics, and data extracts.
• Build and enhance solutions using OTBI, OBIEE, and BI Publisher.
• Meet with stakeholders to understand challenges, KPIs, and data needs.
• Translate requirements into technical reporting specifications and scalable analytics.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
• Develop dashboards and data models that present information clearly and accurately.
