Job Overview

Oracle NetSuite is seeking experienced Sales Account Executives with a background in software sales. In this role, you will sell NetSuite’s cloud-based business operations system, including ERP, CRM, and other solutions, focusing on new customer acquisition within your designated territory.

Responsibilities
  1. Sell application solutions within your geographic territory, focusing on net new logos.
  2. Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, including lead qualification, forecasting, and account planning.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams such as BDRs, Solutions Consultants, and Marketing to enhance sales performance.
  4. Develop and present comprehensive solution proposals and value propositions to clients.
  5. Drive sales opportunities through strategic selling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of SaaS/Technology sales experience, preferably in ERP, CRM, or related fields.
  • Proven success as a top producer with strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of business solutions and the ability to translate technology into client value.
  • Excellent communication, responsiveness, and ownership of results.

Benefits & Compensation

US: Hourly range from $29.81 to $48.32, or annual salary from $62,000 to $100,500, with potential for equity and commissions. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
