Responsibilities

• Design blueprint and specification documents.
• Develop technical specs, prototyping, configuration, and unit testing.
• Perform integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Provide training and documentation.
• Deploy cutover and go-live activities.
• Post-mortem and hypercare support.
• Manage multiple small projects with competing priorities within scope.
• Provide end user support during Hypercare.

6. Training/Documentation
7. Deploy (Cutover, Go Live)
8. Run (Post-Mortem, Hypercare)
