Approximate # of Hours: 680 hours

Experience Required: 7+ years

Description: Provides configuration, performance tuning, security, patching, and log analysis for Oracle WebLogic, Forms, and Reports 12.2.1.4 environments. Supports application stability and middleware hardening. Reviews and enhances Oracle Advanced Security configurations, including encryption (TDE), data redaction, and auditing. Advises on best practices for identity and access management and integration with AD/Entra ID.

Requirements

• Experience with Oracle WebLogic 12c and Oracle Forms/Reports 12c
• Expertise in JVM tuning, connection pool management, and clustering
• Familiarity with log rotation, syslog integration, and SMF diagnostics
• Strong scripting skills (WLST, Bash)
• Experience implementing Oracle Advanced Security
• Deep knowledge of encryption, key management, and database auditing
• Experience with LDAP/Kerberos/SAML integration
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53, CJIS, and other compliance standards
