Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking an IT Systems Functional Analyst I to support Oracle MFG modules across our corporate office and plants. You will analyze processes, document requirements, and train users on new functionality while coordinating across IT, Finance, Transportation, and Operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field and hands-on exposure to manufacturing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years in manufacturing environment or similar role

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop solutions addressing customer needs.
• Troubleshoot daily system issues; identify root cause and solutions.
• Document requirements, flows, and SOPs; train users on new functionality.
• Plan, track, and deliver tasks on schedule; support 24/7 operations.
• Review system design to ensure it meets business requirements.
• Create use cases and diagrams to model processes.
