Job summary

Cliff Services Inc, based in Dallas, Texas, seeks an experienced Oracle Retail specialist to lead complex MFCS, RMS, RPM implementations and support ongoing retail solutions. You will translate business needs into designs and drive delivery with cross-functional teams.

Key requirements include 8+ years with Oracle Retail platforms, end-to-end MFCS experience, and hands-on skills in PL/SQL, REST APIs, JSON/XML, Kafka, and Oracle APEX. A flexible, results-driven collaborator is ideal.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the implementation and development of Oracle Retail Merchandising applications, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs and drive deployment.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate requirements and designs.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in the implementation and development, of Oracle Retail Merchandising applications, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, and driving them through development and deployment.
• Hands-on experience in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and practices is mandatory.
• Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle APEX development, REST APIs,Kafka,Middleware/ESB concepts , JSON/XML and OIC ( Oracle Integration cloud)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams to validate business requirements, system configurations, and solution designs.
