You will facilitate workshops, craft requirements artifacts, and help map processes for financial systems integrations with Coupa, Workday, PeopleSoft/UKG/SAP, enabling reliable modernization outcomes.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of Business Analyst experience in finance, ERP, or large enterprise IT programs.
Experience with financial systems integrations (Oracle with Coupa, Workday, PeopleSoft/UKG/SAP).
At least 6 months using AgenticAI or another AI tool (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
Experience gathering requirements and creating documentation for system implementations or upgrades.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Finance and IT to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for Oracle EBS modernization.
Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and define future-state workflows aligned with modernization goals.
Support enhancements, integrations, and process improvements within Oracle EBS for financial systems (GL, AP, AR, etc.).
Create BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and process flows; facilitate workshops and design discussions.
