CRG Search is looking for an Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Developer to join their team in the Charlotte, NC area. This role involves implementing and maintaining Oracle ICM solutions to support incentive compensation programs, ensuring accurate commission calculations and data integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1–3+ years of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills.
