Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Communications Consultant to join our mission‑driven organization. Plan, execute, and oversee federal healthcare projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on‑time delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions proactively
  • Serve as primary point of contact for federal clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with agency objectives
  • Facilitate meetings, and presentations with diverse audiences including government stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for non‑technical stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver executive‑level status reports, briefings, and documentation
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project trackers, plans, and status reports
  • Support contract deliverable development, client and team processes, and lessons learned
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes aligned with federal agency standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing dynamic federal projects
  • Excellent multi‑tasking and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written communication skills with ability to produce clear, concise, and professional documentation
  • Outstanding verbal communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels

  • Coordinate with subject matter experts, developers, analysts, and other specialists
  • Experience facilitating meetings and managing difficult conversations
Education, certifications, or experience
  • Bachelors plus a minimum of 5 years’ experience in communications
  • Previous Federal government experience preferred
  • Required travel up to 30%
  • US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
